Virtual Exhibition in Pakistan

Pakistan remains an important and rewarding market for the UK but it is equally a challenging environment in which to operate. Virtual exhibitions, as an appropriate remote method of recruitment, have a role in developing a flexible, sustainable approach to service provision that is appropriate to the unique operating context in Pakistan.
The core objectives of developing our virtual exhibitions’ offering are to:

  • To provide an opportunity to showcase UK education to the public and key influencers via an interactive on-line platform
  • Provide a cost-effective means of outreach
  • Offer an alternative to the traditional exhibition format in a market where delivery of a standard exhibition is less viable

The event will target high quality ‘A’ level students nationwide besides students and institutions at all academic levels. The outreach will not only major metropolitans i.e. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad but the cities which are not usually covered through physical exhibitions. We anticipate a high response from these cities due to advanced IT infrastructure and ‘e-readiness’ of the population.
Benefits for UK Institutions:

  • Cost-effective: Costs on travel, accommodation and freight forwarding can be saved.
  • Profile-raising: Engaging the established network of counsellors the exhibition aims to target A-level students who are in the process of evaluating their next step in terms of education opportunities and career paths.
  • Measurable: Participating institutions will be able to monitor the number of visitors and enquiries to their institution’s micro-site during the event, and to receive analysis including statistical report after the event.
  • Convenient: Maximise outreach beyond major cities usually reached through exhibitions, providing there is an IT infrastructure. The promotion of the event, besides other channels, will be majorly by engaging institutions and student influencers groups supported by the database held with us. The database contacts encompass not only major cities but include our contacts in second cities.

UK institutions are invited to participate.
