Singapore is one of the fastest growing countries for TNE provision in the world, consistently disproving itself as a mature market. Indeed, with the local higher education supply struggling to meet local demand, and the constant influx of foreign students entering Singapore to complete a qualification, there are TNE partnership opportunities abound in the private higher education sector.

The British Council Singapore maintains a local TNE Scheme, providing brokering services for UK universities and local private education institutions (PEI’s). We currently have a number of PEI’s enquiring for TNE partnership opportunities with UK universities for franchise and validation partnerships, and articulation agreements. Subject areas in demand range from undergraduate Business, Marketing, HR, Banking, Accounting, and Management qualifications. These are in addition to niche areas such as Animation/Games Design. We have also noted local demand for postgraduate Business (MBA) and Management courses.
