Study UK Exhibition - Law - Trinidad and Tobago and wider Caribbean

For the first time, and due to popular demand from the UK HE sector, the British Council is running a Study UK Exhibition, focussing on Law in Trinidad and Tobago.

March 18th 2019
The Law University Fair will commence on March 18, 2019 with a panel discussion on ‘Law Enforcement and Social Media: Opportunities and Challenges’. This discussion seeks to allow the UK Law universities to position themselves as thought leaders while simultaneously learning of the local context and initiatives. This discussion will be by-invitation ONLY and will be open to Government Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Policy Makers, members of the Police Service, academia, the private sector and International Agencies - and of course, participating UK universities.

In the afternoon, a B2B networking session between local and UK universities will run, giving you the opportunity to make partnerships and expand your reach in this rapidly expanding market.

March 19th 2019
We will run an open exhibition all day, bringing in potential UG students in the morning and potenial PG students and adult learners in the afternoon and evening.

University fairs in Trinidad and Tobago always tend to be an excellent space for personal interaction with potential students and an effective recruitment exercise. This fair aims to:
1) increase the profile of the UK higher education Law programmes offered in Trinidad and Tobago as well as in the UK;
2) encourage increased levels of student applications both locally and in the UK
3) foster greater institutional partnerships between UK and higher education institutions locally.

Based on previous University Fairs and our knowledge of the local university market, we anticipate up to 1,500 students to visit.
