Through its educational work, British Council promotes UK education in Russia and contributes to building partnerships between UK and Russian higher education institutions.

Every year British Council provides partnership brokering services for UK HEIs and Russian HEIs situated in Moscow. Taking into consideration fast economic growth of Russian regions and increase in numbers of students going to study in the UK this year we organise a study tour to Russian regions embracing Saint Petersburg, Kazan and Rostov-on-Don.

The aims of the tour:

• To provide UK HEIs representatives with regional market briefings, insight into the current education environment, student profile, academic and student mobility, internationalisation strategy and research facilities of regional HEIs.
• To give participants an opportunity to meet representatives of Russian universities and local education authorities, explore opportunities for transnational education and student exchanges.
• To present respective UK HEIs and attract prospect students.
