The British Council in Brazil, through its subsidiary Associação Conselho Britânico, is hiring consulting services to develop and deliver a series of workshops on gender equality for the Higher Education sector in Brazil.

The selected supplier will be responsible for

i. developing a series of face-to-face workshops on gender equality across the five regions in Brazil,

ii. producing materials relevant to the workshop series, such as prints and audio-visual content,

iii. delivering the in-person workshops in five regions in Brazil,

iv. reporting on participants’ opinions and key findings of the series, as well as other activities listed in the Requested for Proposal (RFP), available below in the ‘Downloads’ section.

The selected supplier will deliver the following activities, as presented in the RFP:

• Developing the workshop series plan and programme
• Creating pre and post event surveys
• Supporting RSVP and pre-event activities
• Acting as the speaker and facilitator at the events
• Covering costs with simultaneous translation services and sign language interpreters, to be hired according to the needs of each event – and British Council specifications
• Covering travel and subsistence costs for in-country related activities and delivery
• Data collection and reporting

Total service cost must remain within the respective thresholds, according to the country in which the selected supplier is based, including VAT and/or taxes:

•           UK-based: £20,000.00

•           Brazil-based: R$ 127,400.00
