British Council Thailand, in partnership with Office of Higher Education Commission (OHEC), is launching the Thailand-UK Higher Education Partnership Programme (HEP) in January - August 2019. Aiming to further strengthen the existing links under Transnational Education Development Project (TNE), and the Newton Fund Institutional Links, the project aims to expand beyond research collaboration, opening up bilateral teaching opportunities, and creating engagement with industrial sectors to cater for the labour market.

We are looking for 1 – 3 UK experts to provide consultancy, trainings, and planning for UK study visit. Specifically, activities will include development on 1) academic partnerships; 2) university-industry engagement; and 3) leadership capacity building. Maximum budget available is £15,500.
