Ministry of Education in Peru seeks supplier of e-learning ELT materials

The Ministry of Education in Peru seeks an organisation that can supply e-learning materials to supplement English language teaching in 2001 public schools over a period of two years. The opportunity includes a mandatory component of programme licenses/accesses (online and offline) and an additional teacher training component, both initial and ongoing, in 25 regions of the country. The number of licenses/accesses required is is 59,2529 plus an additional 5,178 for teachers. The organisation must also supply printed workbooks that accompany the online component, teacher guides and user manuals. Mouses and headsets for teachers must also be included in the offer.

Regarding staff, the client looks for an organisation that can provide a project coordinator, a pedagogical consultant, an IT person and 15 call centre staff to support customers (teachers and students). An extended offer is also welcomed. The extended offer consists of the possibility to reassign unused licences/accesses which have not been used within the first year of the contract in the second year without a cost.
