A private senior high school in Japan is seeking a partner English language school in the UK to host a group of their students for a short summer programme in August 2019. If this is successfully completed, the high school would like to continue sending students to the same language school in the UK each summer.

- Approximately 20 students, with age range of 16 to 18
- 2 teachers will accompany the group of students to the UK as the group coordinators
- Preferred period/duration: About 8 days starting on 2 August 2019
- Preferred Programme Content: Students’ English proficiency level may vary. They can be divided into different classes based on proficiency level and age. Classes in the morning, followed by group activities (cultural experiences, excursions, etc.) in the afternoon each day. Accompanying teachers can take teacher training classes (for English language teachers) or general English lessons in the morning, and will join their students to participate in group activities in the afternoon each day.
- Preferred Mode of Accommodation: For students, home stay with host families. For accompanying teachers, hall of residence is preferred but if unavailable, please recommend other options.
- Budget: approx. 1,000 GBP per person for the whole programme including accommodation, meals (if not all), local transport (but excluding international airfare and travel insurance)
