The British Council Argentina seeks an organisation to carry out research on English and Higher Education in Argentina in all its broad strokes. This should be supported by comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis, based on both desk research and original research (such as interviews, surveys and focus groups) on Argentine HEI international education policies, local institutions’ English language strategies and goals, and key decision-making factors and perceptions of potential and former international students.

This will contribute to a better understanding of relevant sector trends which, in turn, will enhance strategies to develop Argentina-UK engagement and mutual collaboration in the Higher Education English and internationalisation agendas. Furthermore, it will complement bilateral commitment British Council ITT 7 to the implementation and leveraging of the mutual recognition of qualifications agreement signed between both countries in September 2018.
