English-medium teacher development programme for subject teachers in Basque Country, Spain 2018-2019

The educational context for this INSETT provision is Heziberri 2020, the Basque Education Department’s plan to improve the education system: “Plan del Departamento de Educación, Política Lingüística y Cultura, Basque Country para mejorar el sistema educativo.” http://www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.eus/r43-hezi2020/es/ Through public tender, the Basque Government seeks to collaborate with institutions able to offer courses to realise the ambitions of plurilingual education in this plan through an extensive offer of in-service development made to teachers. Bids are requested for a language support for teachers and for a number of different methodology courses for teachers of all subjects and ages, including CLIL methodology, ICT in language learning, and Effective English teaching.
