About the International Graduate Scholarship Fair (IGSF)

The International Graduate Scholarship Fair is hosted annually by the China Scholarship Council and brings together foreign institutions with Chinese graduates looking to study overseas.

The 2018 IGSF will be held in Beijing, Xi’an, Changsha and Shanghai with 8-10,000 Chinese students expected to attend across the four cities.

CSC plans to recruit a total of 32,300 new students to study abroad for all types of sponsored Study Abroad Programmes in 2018. IGSF offers a platform for foreign institutions to introduce their programmes to Chinese students.

• Overseas higher education institutions who have existing agreements with CSC
• Other overseas higher education institutions offering graduate programmes and scholarships that Chinese students may apply for
• Foreign embassies and Consulate-Generals in China
• Non-profit educational associations

About CSC

CSC, founded in 1996, is a non-profit institution affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education. The objective of CSC is to provide financial assistance to Chinese citizens wishing to study abroad and to foreign citizens wishing to study in China.

CSC Dongfang, founded in 2000 by CSC, is devoted to promoting international cooperation and exchanges in education. It offers diversified services which include promoting graduate scholarship programs through IGSF, assisting participating institutions in establishing partnerships with Chinese education institutions, providing short-term overseas training programmes, 6-12 month visiting scholar programs for administrators & teachers from Chinese universities and schools, and providing services to Chinese self-funded students who wish to study overseas and foreign students to study in China.
