Spring national college entrance exam open to grade three students of senior high schools for the first time

On 7th November, Shanghai released the pilot spring national entrance exam and enrolment plan among local ordinary universities. The biggest highlight of the plan is that it allows ordinary senior high school students to take part in the spring national college entrance exam. This means grade three students at senior high schools are likely to be enrolled in universities without finishing the third-year of senior high school.
