MoU signed between Malaysia and Vietnam on cooperation in higher education
An MoU was signed between Malaysia and Vietnam on cooperation in higher education. This is seen to help spur the increase of Vietnamese students to Malaysia. The MoU covers exchange of academic staff, experts and students, information on the system and structure of higher education, reforms and new educational technologies. Reports the Star Online.
