More Indian students look at international opportunities at the Undergraduate level

A growth of 26 per cent towards Indian students at an Undergraduate level has been reported by Institutions in the United States. The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), has shown an increase in number of students taking the exam and this rise has been attributed primarily to students going to United States.
The SAT version from 2016 will be more focussed on reasoning and testing for career skills.

As per data, Indian students do well in Maths as compared to the reading and writing sections. The changed version of the SAT exam will benefit Indian students as out of the 1600 score, Mathematics will account for 800 points while reading and writing section for the other 800 marks.
