'Universities' closed by order of the Ministry of Education in Colombia have quickly reopened in the same facilities with a different name, and some academic programs with hundreds of students enrolled are unlicensed. Currently there are 32 local universities that are being investigating by the Ministry of Education, including Universidad San Martín, la Gran Colombia, la Católica y la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
