Study UK Turkey School Counsellor Workshop March 2022
British Council Turkey is organising a Study UK School Counsellor Workshop to bring counsellors and UK institutions together in March 2022.
The virtual workshop aims to enhance school counsellors’ understanding of UK education and develop better understanding of individual institutions that will be participating in the workshop.
The Turkish market is recovering from the effect of Covid-19. The US and Canada are back to the market, being the key competitors against the UK. Because of the travel restrictions, it is crucial to be present in the market with profile-raising activities to advance in competition in 2022.
Dates: 7-11 March 2022
On each day, two webinars for school counsellors and a Study UK webinar for students will be delivered.
School counsellors will be given the details of UK institutions to arrange a one-to-one meeting if they are interested.

Format of the event
Recommended themes are:
- general overview of the institution
- entry criteria, scholarship opportunities for Turkish students
- tester lectures by academics
- discussion with members of admission offices and/or current Turkish students
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from this event, as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal:
- 50 per cent of the full exhibition cost for withdrawals received on or after 7 January 2022
- 100 per cent of the full exhibition cost for withdrawals received on or after 14 January 2022
